At The Living Well we aim to be the central location for information on activities and services benefitting the health and wellbeing of Dumfries and Galloway.  Already there are hundreds of resources from across the region, but we know we are only scratching the surface and that there are many more.

Although we will always strive to ensure new information is added and existing resources are correct, we encourage organisations and staff from across sectors, communities and visitors to keep us up-to-date of any new activities or any changes required.

Submissions are open to all Public, Third and Community organisations and initiatives providing activities and services which benefit the health and wellbeing of people living in Dumfries and Galloway. This includes the likes of health and social care; information, support and advocacy; care; leisure, sport and recreation, and can be region wide or specific to your community. These can also be one-off events, seasonal or time-limited (for example, a series of classes). More information on what is required can be found here.

We have created a submission sheet to allow you to submit your information to be included on The Living Well. Click here to download the form

Alternatively organisations can place information onto the service themselves, by registering for an ALISS account and notifying us of your wish to be included on The Living Well.

If you would like more information about having your service or activity to feature on The Living Well, want to make an alteration to an existing record or notice a mistake please contact Anna Sanders (anna@thirdsectordumgal.org.uk)

Organisations can also search for activities from their own website, with The Living Well offering a search box. This piece of coding can be inserted into your website, with visitors then able to search for information as they require. For more information please contact Anna Sanders (anna@thirdsectordumgal.org.uk).
